Overview

mmune (“we,” “us”) builds an agentic integration resilience platform for enterprises. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed mmune to be read-only by architecture; we observe and heal data flows without taking ownership of your underlying records.

Information we collect

Website: when you request a pilot or contact us, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, and message. We also collect standard analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device/browser) via Google Tag Manager and associated tools. Platform: when deployed in your environment, mmune processes integration metadata and data flows you connect to it, under the terms of your enterprise agreement.

How we use information

To respond to pilot and sales inquiries, operate and improve the website, understand aggregate usage, and provide and support the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager to measure site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect some site functionality.

Data security and retention

Every action in the mmune platform is logged and reversible. We apply RBAC, encryption in transit, and SOC 2-aligned controls. We retain inquiry and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email sales@mmune.io and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
